Processing stage

Order preparation starts when payment authorization is successful. The usual processing period is approximately 1–2 business days and does not include weekends or holidays applicable to the operation.

Transit stage

Once the parcel ships, delivery transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. This stage is separate from processing and cannot ensure arrival on a specific day. Checkout lists eligible destinations, delivery fees and any free-shipping qualification.

Correct shipment information

Use a deliverable address and reachable contact details. Tracking may update after the carrier accepts and scans the parcel. We will assess a correction reported before dispatch, but changes after handoff are controlled by the carrier.

Investigating a shipment

Contact ajeethranna@gmail.com about a substantial delay, suspected loss, an unlocated delivered scan, or transit damage. Provide the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. For damage, include images of the packaging and the affected goods.
