Handling and delivery

After payment authorization succeeds, preparation normally requires 1–2 business days. Estimated transit following dispatch is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Checkout confirms shipping charges and any free-shipping offer.

Returns and refunds

We do not take a voluntary return for a simple change of mind or a wrongly selected option. Report a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item within 30 calendar days after delivery, with order information and evidence. An approved refund is initiated within 10 calendar days, although account posting can occur later.
