Support can address catalog, order, package, damaged or wrong-item, payment, refund, privacy and policy questions. Quote the order number and checkout email for a purchase, add tracking for delivery research, and provide visual evidence for an item-condition problem.

Verification and safety

Name the privacy right involved in a data request; identity checks may be needed to protect the account. Ordinary email must never contain a full card number, verification code, security code or password. Seasonal volume, holidays, outside investigations and incomplete submissions may extend response time.
